Ascanio in Oz
Totalwind.net posted an article about Ascanio D' Ascanio's adventures down in Oz . A 42-page book with photos of Ascanio at The Gorge shot by his girlfriend was also recently released. More about that here!

With Sylvain Moussilmani (F-73) as the new official cam sails designer the new Simmer Style SC Race sail has been totally re-designed. The new sail features more profile for increased stability, speed and power even during extreme conditions.

Keith Teboul about fights at Ho’okipa
Keith Teboul (US-60) wrote to tell us that the rumors of arrests after fights over waves at Ho'okipa were not true. Sure, things get a bit tense at the beginning of the season before everyone has got a few waves but it has definitely cooled down now says Keith. Apart from setting rumors straight Keith keeps busy finishing up the Quatro Line for 2008 as well as planning a new trip for next year to a completely new destination that should raise a few eyebrows. Apart from that you'll find Keith down at the Ho ripping the peak whenever there's waves on the north shore.

Photo shoot with simmer crew at Ho’okipa
Simmer Style distributor on Maui Keith Holland let's us in on his thoughts after a recent photo shoot with the local Simmer crew at Ho'okipa:
"Hey all!
Just wanted to say thank you to all that made the shoot yesterday. Word on the street is there were about 40-50 sailors at the ho, 20 on Simmer sails, that's a pretty strong showing. And, for me, I can't remember the last time I had such a good time sailing.... it was great for me to be able to sail with all of you, as a 'team'.... Usually when I sail, I show up, go sail, go home, there are lots of people out sailing, but I often feel like I am sailing by myself, whereas yesterday, I got to sail as part of a supper strong group of men and women with a common goal. Also, you should know how clear it was yesterday how much you represent the brand... Simmer's 'image' is a direct reflection of you, we make Simmer happen.
