‘Life is a rollercoaster. It goes up and down.
With the delivery of the Minds Wide Open Movie we received a lot of extremly good feedback and many happy faces. However, my last Test results in Hospital were not that much of a success. The doctors found a newly developed Metasthase in my right lung. Actually to be honest already 7 weeks ago I got informed of a little ‘unnormal’ blood result and I left quickly to Brasil which was my best time for the last 1.5 years. Returning to Hamburg made me do some more tests and scans and brought up this new development. On Friday I will have a Operation on my right Lung. They will make a “radical” operation and then hope we finally get to a clean new start.
On the other side the daily ups.
We have been shipping Minds Wide Open for 10 days now and we get beautiful feedback all around the world. It is beautiful to read all the comments and emails. I want to thank every person. This is why I started doing movies. To give people a great time and to recieve some great feedback. Sure this will help in the upcoming hospital time.

Producer of Minds Wide Open, Andre Paskowski recently returned home after a full month in Jericoacora, Brazil. He brings us this news…
‘1: After fighting cancer for 2 years I finally managed to go to Brazil for 1 Month (returned yesterday). I sailed and suped every single day and it felt like the last 2 years have been just a bad dream. It really made me smile and feel good. I want to thanks every single Person out there who supported me on my long way. It is not finished yet but my brazil trip showed me that my body is still capable of having a normal and great life!
2: We have had several Minds Wide Open Premieres during our last few weeks.
In Maui, Kiel, Jeri, Holland, England. Thanks to the people who made that happen. The overall feedback was each time: “Amazing”.

Andre Paskowski has been in touch with the latest on his much anticipated sequel to Four Dimensions, with pictures by Michael Sumereder…
As most of you probably know, we’ve been working for a long time on a new movie called Minds Wide Open. We have already finished filming and are working on the final cut. So today we could release our website and our trailer on www.mindswideopenmovie.com
The ultimate goal is to put windsurfing action in a nice, artistic light, to remind everybody how beautiful windsurfing is and how much quality it adds to our ‘normal’ lives.
I am also very glad to announce that I was sailing on Lake Garda just four days ago. It was a strange but very great feeling after 1.5 years and made me even more convinced that this movie is the right direction for our sport.
